It was a sandwich for lunch kind of day, and this is how Slow-Carbers do it.
BoarsHead lunch meat.
Hummus.
Spinach.
Purple onion.
Cucumber.
You can add anything you want to it. This is very good and I like it better now than a bread sandwich. The only thing... kinda messy. Keep your napkin close!

DeleteI have to eat gluten free, and this is brilliant Ashley!! It literally never occurred to me to use the meat as a wrap-- duly noted!
ReplyDeleteTabetha, 4 years ago I put my son on gluten free for his allergies. Trying to change a 3 year old boy's diet... NOT SO EASY! This is one thing he loved. Now my hubby and I are doing this Slow-Carb eating now and I'm pulling out all my old tricks. It's working well for us! :)
