combine STRENGTH exercises
1) Start: 5 minute warmup
STRENGTH LIFT 8-10 reps
1 minute of HIGH-INTENSITY
jog. jump. bike. squats.
3) Continue for 30 minutes
4) Cool down for 5 minutes
