Hello and Welcome!

This is the perfect place to begin for your Pilates journey. If you are new to Pilates, START HERE (videos below)! I recommend starting with Video #1: BREATHING, and working through the videos in order. Use each tutorial as an exercise. Practice each one for 8-10 repetitions and then move to the next video.

For my friends who are familiar with Pilates: we ALWAYS come back to the fundamentals! This is the place to test your form, and take your practice to the next level through more refined technique. Use as a warm-up or to practice your form.

These exercises are the foundation - the backbone - for our movement. Pilates technique can be applied to every movement modality and activity to achieve stronger, more stable and more mobile movement!
