Meet my friend and client Kay Walker. She is 72 years old and was diagnosed with Polio when she was 8 months old. I have the privilege of helping her discover that she CAN exercise! Four years ago she bravely attended my St. Augustine Fitness Retreat. We worked multiple times a day learning her limits, but more importantly discovering what she COULD DO. Since then we have spent the past few years personalizing her exercise to meet her lifestyle… which is unbelievably active!!
She lives in San Antonio, TX and I live in Nashville, Tn … 1,000 miles away. The Fitness Retreat set the stage for our trainer/client relationship and we are able to work together, no matter how many miles apart we are. A concentrated week allowed me to understand her physically, mentally and emotionally so that I can guide and coach her appropriately.. and it built a foundation of trust in her for me as trainer. She was passing through Nashville a few weeks ago and we were able to get in a few personal sessions.
She uses the TYE4® system to provide assistance when needed and it enables her to perform movements she could not do otherwise.

I am probably like most people, if I couldn’t do the exercises that I saw on tapes, I would tend to want to give up. From you I have learned to start with the parts that I can do.
