Happy Easter!

This is my business card.
I get asked all the time if that’s me.  
Well, no.  I wish it was.

So when I was in St. Augustine in November, I took a few shots trying to get the same type image.
Thinking I will use this for my business card now and when you ask, “Is that you?”
I can say
“YES!”

I just got a text from a friend that said,
 “I think I just saw your son and dog on a commercial.”  
Oh yeah, I tagged one of my pictures 
#lovehome for the HGTV campaign 
and they used it!!!!!!
So here it is.  
Iver and Apple are the 3rd picture curled up on the couch together.  
(Don’t blink, you might miss it!  LOL)

Oh, and another picture of Apple with our baby chicks got selected for HGTV’s

Pick-A-Stick Workout

HERE’S A FUN WAY TO WORKOUT:
CREATE YOUR OWN ROUTINE! 
  1. Have a hard time getting to the gym
  2. Can’t find an hour to workout in the week
  3. Get board of your normal workout routine
  4. Want to learn some new exercises
These are the exercises I have added to my workout.  You should customize your exercises to work with your fitness level, access to equipment, and space.  
thePROGRAM
This can also be customized for YOU!  
Depending on the day, I will commit to
  1. Picking one stick every hour between 7 am and 7 pm.
  2. Picking 3 sticks in the morning and 3 in the evening
You get the idea.  Make this work for you!  
The goal is to stay active, challenge your body beyond its normal load and have fun!

put together a list of 
8 Foods You Should Eat EVERY DAY…
BLUE BERRIES
BLACK BEANS
TOMATOES
WALNUTS
CARROTS
SPINACH
YOGURT
OATS

This is a great list to check off everyday!  For the most part I eat SLOW-CARB, but I add in 1 smoothie a day that gives me these other foods for a balanced diet.  

theSMOOTHIE
1/4 cup carrot juice
lots of spinach!
frozen berries
greek yogurt
local honey
a little kale
1/2 banana
flax seeds
oatmeal
water
